i'm 20, live in the baltimore area, and am really into food! i just cook what tastes and feels good. i LOVE ethnic cuisines, trying new foods, and ESPECIALLY desserts. i hope one day to get a job working with natural foods, either at a cafe, bakery, or my own food truck :)
So I know this isn’t the most wonderful picture. But this was the first thing I made in my new kitchen in my new house! Sausage stuffed mushrooms, Barefoot Contessa’s recipe tweaked just a bit. Delicioussss. I served them with zucchini I sauteed with some garlic, lemon and thyme, which I thought was a good summertime combo. A great first meal i’d say.
